If you have any problems with your computer and related peripherals (your internet connection for example), I can help.

 

I have experience with most operating systems and keep up to date with any current changes/additions to the IT world.

 

I can offer two methods of help either remotely (in the case of a software problem) or a home visit.

 

 

Remote Access

Using an easy-to-install, free program, I can connect to your pc and control it as if I was sitting in front of the screen*. I can then examine your pc and solve whatever problems there may be.

 

*This requires some intervention from the user so no unauthorised access can occur.

 

 

Home Visit in the Poitou Charente

If a remote access is not possible, then I can conduct home visits.

I am based in department 79 of France but travel to the border departments too.

I can travel to your location and can inspect/repair the pc onsite, including calling any internet providors (such as Orange, Neuf/SFR etc) to resolve connectivity issues.

Longer fixes such as trojan removals can take place at my office and the pc returned thereby saving on-site hourly costs.

 

 

Tarifs:

 

Remote Access:

An hourly rate of 20€ with a minimum fee of 10€ is applied.

 

Home visits

25€ for the first hour and 15€ per hour thereafter. Cash or cheques are accepted.
